Bancalé participates in an investment vehicle, which manages student residences in the main Spanish provincial capitals, with more than 8.000 vacancies. Likewise it makes up a direct investment focus in our company, through the identification of assets in optimal locations, near the main university campuses, which allow the established use for their acquisition, remodelling and/or refurbishing, and their start-up for said activity.
