Bancalé is the majority shareholder of a hotel investment vehicle in foreign countries, with presence in big cities such as Washington, New York, London, Brussels, Berlin and Cologne. All of them are urban settings with high standards, in constant renovation and exploited by prestigious hotel groups, such as Steigenberger, Marriot and NH. In view of the interesting prospects of the hotel sector, Bancalé is currently considering the possibility of increasing its presence in this investment segment, albeit directly or through new investment vehicles specialising in hotels.
