Bancalé’s experience in retail, be it at the patrimony or user levels (through its affiliate in technology distribution) allows for the analysis of investment proposals where intervention in value generation beyond the acquisition is needed, participating in the refurbishment and urban adaptation to the use it is intended for, as well as collaborating with the final user, where appropriate, to adapt the target building to their specific needs.
