Bancalé was incorporated in 2003 as a result of the contribution of company patrimony stemming from different companies in the IT distribution sector and also real estate under leasing activities.

Among those companies there was Memory Set, national leader in the IT sector, with a turnover of more than 600 million euros at the end of financial year 2005. It was precisely at that time that Memory Set was sold to the coveted Italian company Esprinet S.p.A, and from there, Bancalé, until now a holding of the company group, starts its investor venture as a Family Office to be more specific. Since then Bancalé has been developing intense investing activity in different sectors, with an assets portfolio and very diversified holdings both in terms of typology as well as in geographical location.
